Act Like a Millionaire

Did you know that there are now 10.1 million households in the US with $ 1 million or more in investable assets, excluding the value of their primary residence? This is from a 2015 article by CNBC. What do these folks do and how do they act? Let's talk about money in a way that might shift your view of rappers, like 50 Cent, posing with stacks of movie prop cash to create the illusion of immunity wealth as it navigates our banking system. Heck, let's just talk about money.

I read an article recently, written by Dan Kennedy who is internationally recognized as the "Millionaire Maker," helping people in just about every category of business turn their ideas into fortunes. His article was published in my business coach's newsletter. My coach, Richard James gets his coaching from Dan Kennedy, so by default, I receive the benefits from Dan Kennedy too. Since the primary focus of my law practice is to help my clients attain freedom from their debts, I focus much of my articles on money.

According to Dan's article, entitled, "the 5 'tools of the mind' you need to become a millionaire thinker," lays the universal foundation that most people think about money in a negative way like, "worrying, budget-wrestling, can ' T afford, and jealousy of others. " I'll add that we feel guilty when we can not pay our debts and feel an awful MORAL obligation to repay our debts. I believe that it is our thoughts about money that keep us perpetually stuck in a cycle of debt and poverty consciousness. I "m on a personal mission to wipe out the personal debts for my clients and partner with them to shift their perspectives about money, wealth and retirement through my bankruptcy practice.

What is Dan's secret? He says that your dominant thoughts are things and cited to Napoleon Hill's book, Think and Grow Rich. What this means is that if you're constantly seeing lack, you'll get more lack. If you're focused on thoughts that you can leverage, to initiate positive and right actions in your life, then you can kickstart your journey to a better financial life. It all starts with a decision; A choice.

Dan's five tools include planning, environment, reading, engaging in the right activities, and having the right associations. Have not you heard that you are the sum total of the five people you spend the most time with? I can tell you that I personally find that I grow in environments where I am not the smartest person in the room. I'm a student of life and soak up these environments like a sponge. Guess what? My business grew by 17{4917788a0bd7aa7369c2a945027b4fe6c9853cda4150a24fe1255b18ce3083dc} last year and is on target for a 40{4917788a0bd7aa7369c2a945027b4fe6c9853cda4150a24fe1255b18ce3083dc} growth in 2016. The bottom line is that we start with our thoughts and then take decent actions toward our goals.

This works by opening you up to opportunities you may have never considered, like bankruptcy to quickly eliminate your …

Can you Make it in a Home Business?

Here are some things you need to succeed.

1.Drive and Determination. You have to want to have a good life and you need motivation.

Goals are a big part of Drive. You need to know where you want to be and a plan of action, how you are going to achieve your goals.

2.You got to be a go getter. You can not just give up if you do not see the results you want right away. Give it some time.I would say you need to plan to work on your business for at least 6 months. If you do not plan on working on it for at least 6 months there is really no point in starting a home business.

3.It takes a lot of research to find the right Home Business for you. Then you need to research where you are going to advertise and promote your business. Then take immediate action.
Do not keep delaying action.Sometimes you need to just learn as you go.

No one is going to tell you exactly where to go what to say to make the money you want.
Although a lot of the good Home business opportunities give great advise of where to start.
And some have training and support.Ask yourself when you go to sign up if your sponsor looks like the type of person you can call when you have a question. If they would be willing to take time to teach you things.

Do not think you can work on your business 1 hour every other day and be successful.
Plan to actually put some hours in your business and know that it will pay off later.
Ever heard good things come with time. I believe this to be true especially with a home business.

I believe everyone can succeed as long as they know where they want to be and use it to drive them to their goals.

So good luck to you and i truly hope you make it.
Cause honestly I believe that the real reason why 95{4917788a0bd7aa7369c2a945027b4fe6c9853cda4150a24fe1255b18ce3083dc} of people fail is because they can not make it in a home business? …

Stuck in a Comfort Zone? – Discover If You're Under Attack by "The Comfort-Zone Killer"

On occasion, we may all find ourselves wrapped up in a warm and cozy "comfort-zone" blanket, with a nice hot cup of soothing procrastination tea. It sure is relaxing for moment, is not it? The real trouble is, some stay in this seemingly safe haven for large portions of their lives and some simply never get out of it at all. There certainly is not anything right or wrong about staying in this comfort zone and some live happy lives there. Although, if one wants to break through self imposed barriers and reach new levels of potential; you must absolutely throw the fuzzy blanket in the fire and toss that same old tea out the back door.

Let's explore for a moment, the long term potential danger of choosing the fuzzy "comfort-zone" blanket, over the crisp clean refreshing air of the unknown. A common perpetual pattern that you may find yourself in is as follows. You are once again very close to reaching a new goal and then you abruptly stop short of it – only to fall back to the snug blanket of general safety from which you came. This could happen through a subconscious self-sabotage or a conscious fear-based withdrawal. However it may happen, it happens … and it is the minority workings of a deadly assassin that is killing your potential. It is extremely rare for this "comfort-zone killer" to strike with a one-time deadly blow. He is much more likely to release drops of dream killer poison into your mind ever so slowly from each retreat and each moment of self-sabotage. This crafty bandit will sit back and relish in the fact that you do not even notice him. He is so sly, so cunning … that one day you just wake up and realize that your life is full of regret and disappointment. He laughs as you remember choices that let to: unlived adventures, dreams unfulfilled, and goals never attained. A life never really lived.

That is a sad truth for some. A truth that simply does not have to become true for anyone … especially for you.

You are free to choose a different path. To live a life of completeness and delight. A life that exudes joy, abundance and passion at every turn. You are free at each of your present moments to choose the joy of the unknown, over that intimate and secluded space of your own personal comfort-zone. The unknown is the sacred space from which the universe goes to work for you, creating your personal reality however you may wish. With each simple choice for happiness, each smile given, each helping hand extended and each dream passionately bought after – your immunity grows stronger and stronger against this outlaw's poison. With each goal written down, each positive action taken towards your goals and each meditation enjoyed – another powerful nail in the coffin is pounded down for this comfort-zone killer. His days are numbered. Although, in order to defeat this …

Diagnosis – Do You Need a Second Opinion?

After being diagnosed with cancer (or any serious illness), it may at first come as a big shock to the system, and even something that maybe hard to digest at first. What if the diagnosis is wrong? Could be one of the first questions that comes to mind, and something that must be clarified to settle any such doubt.

Sometimes, even though evidence has been demonstrated to the presence of a disease, there could still be some room for doubt within the mind. At this stage – a decision must be made as to either accept the information given by the doctor so as a quick treatment plan may be put in place, or to seek a second opinion.

However, serious thought should be given before any such action is taken. For example:

  • Can you afford more diagnosis tests?
  • Will your insurance company pay for them?
  • If the initial diagnosis is found to be correct – Will you be able to return to the place where you were given the initial diagnosis, for treatment?

In most cases, with any such diagnosis for serious illnesses like cancer, there is usually little room for doubt. That is to say – 99.9{4917788a0bd7aa7369c2a945027b4fe6c9853cda4150a24fe1255b18ce3083dc} of cancer diagnosis' are usually correct. However, mistakes can be made for whatever reason (a fact of life), and it is on one of these occasions that a second opinion may be prudent if a doubt / s exist.

After concluding that a second opinion is the only way forward – all relevant information to the case should be requested from your doctor (some medical institutions may be related to pass-on such information – investigate your legal rights as to request any such information [different States, and countries may have different laws]).

Did you sign anything before such diagnostic investigation took place? Did you read it first? – things that could change your rights.

At this point (armed with such information relevant to the case), an appointment should be made as soon as possible with a newly chosen doctor so as to allow for the first stages of any such further opinion to take place (further studies may well be Ordered by the new doctor, or you may be referred back to your first doctor).

Further thoughts before a second opinion should also be:

  • Do you have the time? – (will your boss give you the time).
  • Will it affect your work? – (taking more time off from work).
  • Are you in a healthy condition to take more diagnosis?
  • Is time still on your side? (Health wise).
  • Are you really sure a second opinion is worth the effort, etc.

Note: It is always worth noting that it is your right as a human being to have a second opinion, whether at the same medical institution, or another one (chosen by you, or referred to by your doctor). Doubts must be clear in the mind before any battle takes place to cure cancer – as cancer must be cooked with a full …

The Scope of Cargo Insurance Coverage

The type of coverage that the insured can obtain ranges from the minimum cover provided by the basic policy commonly termed as SG Policy (Ships and Goods Policy) to the maximum protection of "All risks whatever". The SG Policy covers the loss or damage to goods (total or partial) arising from the perils of the sea. As the goods in transit are exposed to other extraneous perils such as theft, pilferage, leakage, shortages, etc, the scope of the cover provided under the SG policy has to be enlarged by introducing a number of Institute Cargo Clauses (ICC) such as Free from Particular Minimum (FPA), With Average (WA) and All Risks (AR). Furthermore, certain types of cargo require special clauses, commonly termed as trade clauses eg, Rubber Clause, Raw Sugar Clause and Timber Trade Federation Clause.

The All Risks Clause provides coverage for all perils, excluding losses or expenses proximately caused by delay, inherent vice or nature of the cargo. The coverage for shipments by air is as per the Institute Air Cargo Clauses (All Risks) (excluding sendings by post), which differs from the other clauses to cater for the particular need by the mode of transport. The important things to note is that these clauses are so designed as to provide cover supplementary to the basic cargo insurance policy (SG Policy).

It should be pointed out that due to difficulties encountered by the commerce and trade in the interpretation of the archaic words of the SG Policy, the Lloyd's Underwriters Association, in consultation with the Institute of London Underwriters and other interested parties, has replaced the SG policy with a simple document and a corresponding set of a new Institute Cargo Clauses – 'A', 'B' and 'C' in place of 'All Risks', WA and FPA Clauses.

Clause A covers all risks of loss or damage to the assured matter subject to the following exclusion:

Willful misconduct of the Assured; regular leakage, loss in weight or volume, wear and tear; unsuitable packing; inherent vice; delay; insolvency or financial default of owners, managers, charterers or operators of vessel; atomic weapons of war and radioactivity.

Clause B covers loss or damage to the assured matter reasonably attributable to the following risks:

Fire; explosion; stranding; sinking; grounding; overturning; derailment of land conveyance; collision or contact of vessel with any external object other than water; discharge of cargo at pot of distress; general average sacrifice; jettison; washing overboard; entry of sea, lake or river water into vessel, craft, hold, conveyance, lift van or place of storage; total loss of package lost overboard or dropped while loading or unloading; and earthquake, volcanic eruption or lightning.

The exclusions under B clause are similar to those of Clause A with the addition of deferred damage to or destruction of assured matter.

Clause C covers loss or damage to the assured matter reasonably attributable to the following risks:

Fire; explosion; stranding; grounding; capsizing of vessel; overturning; derailment of land conveyance; collision or contact of vessel with any object other …

Marketing a Small Business: Just Stop and Think

Does the thought of a marketing plan make you feel excited and energised?

Many small business owners fight the idea of working to set plans or marketing strategies which feel contrived, and prefer to keep their marketing "natural".

But if you need more clients what do you do?

A first reaction is often to take some action but unfortunately you might end up with the wrong client, or the wrong deal. This can result in activity which could even set your business back. A better response is to stop and think which will help you gain a clarification clarity to make it easier for the right prospects to buy from you.

Even if you do not have a plan and hit a problem, there is often a temptation to just keep on doing what you were doing. In fact it can be difficult to take the foot off the brake and stop and think. Even when that wonderful golden opportunity – low hanging fruit – falls right into your hand it can be important to stop and think to make the most of it. There may be a chance to try things a new way, from your presentation or PR, to the type of target market or new partners you really want.

Regular space to step back and think about the big picture helps you to avoid getting off track. That big single client, for example, who looks like the perfect solution, might tie up too many resources. To build your business effectively it might be better to go out and target one market niche, and aim to pull in 5 smaller clients.

When you take the time to stop and think, talk in everyday language. Business jargon or code often makes it harder to see what is real in your business. There are only three things that matter: Them, You and It.

Stop and think about:

Them

Think about your clients. Who do you like to work with, what kinds of problems do you enjoy solving for them? What do they value about you, and what do they really gain from working with you?

You

Whether you are the boss or an employee, your story and your approach is what your clients will "buy". Do not leave yourself out of your business. Think about how you got to be the person you are, and what is important to you about what you do.

It

This exchange of skill for money is the link between you. How much does your product and service range reflect what you and your customers really want?

How do relate these three elements emerge once you have the main pieces in place. Taking the time to get away from the day to day pressure is a great help for freeing up your ideas. Many people discover they have had breakthrough thoughts immediately on waking, or after a car journey or a walk in nature. It is often when you are relaxed that the ideas and …

How to Get Scooter Financing For Good and Bad Credit

With gas prices increasing many Americans are looking to scooters as a way to protect their pockets against the price of gas. While finding a fuel efficient alternative is a good decision, many scooter buyers are not protecting their pockets when it comes to scooter financing.

There are many options available when financing a scooter including credit cards, manufacturer low payment promotions, installment personal loans and financing for bad credit applicants. Educating yourself about the various types of scooter loans is important before you make a financial decision.

Here are some tips for you to follow:

1. Do not shop for a scooter that is too expensive: Today there are scooters that cost as much as $ 9000, but shopping for one of these scooters makes little sense if you can not get approved for financing.

Therefore, it is a good idea to shop online, and at your local bank for a scooter loan before you enter the showroom.

2. Watch out for low payment promotions: Manufacturers often entice you into buying a scooter with low payment promotions which structure payments as low as $ 39 for 2 years.

Low payment promotions look enticing, but are a very bad financial decision for you.

Fundamentally with low payment promotions you are only paying off the interest on your loan each month and very little is going towards the principal on your scooter.

Worse off at the end of the promotion your payment will double and your interest rate could increase to as high as 22.9{4917788a0bd7aa7369c2a945027b4fe6c9853cda4150a24fe1255b18ce3083dc} annual percentage rate.

3. Get an installment loan: Most low payment promotions mentioned above are on a manufacturer credit card.

Opting to get scooter financing with an installment loan is a much more wise decision.

With an installment loan the lender can not increase your interest rate or payment and your scooter will be paid off at the end of the term.

4. Consider a personal loan: If you walk in your bank and ask for scooter financing the bank may not have such a product.

Therefore you will likely have to ask your bank for a personal loan, which is basically a simple interest installation loan that can be used for recreational items.

A personal loan is a great way to finance your scooter and is much safer than a credit card or low payment manufacturer promotion.

5. Read the fine print: As your parents probably told you make sure you read the fine print before signing any loan document. Definitely do not enter a loan contract that you do not understand.

6. Do not borrow more than you can afford: There is little reason to purchase a scooter to save on gas if you borrow more than you can afford.

Borrowing more than you can afford will put you in a risky financial position. You must consider the cost of insurance, registration, maintenance and gear and choose a scooter that fits your budget.

7. Avoid zero down payments loans: Trying to secure scooter financing …
